Sundial

The Camaldolese monks begin their day even before the sunrise – at 3:30 a.m., and end it at 7:45 p.m.
The sundial, together with the bell, sets the rhythm of the monastery’s life. Interestingly, a similar sundial can be found in Warsaw Bielany in the Camaldolese monastery.
