St. Sebastian chapel: alabaster medallion (Annunciation).

A small alabaster medallion of elliptical shape placed in the altar, below the painting of Saint Sebastian. It depicts the scene of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Madonna, wrapped in a blue mantle, listens to the prophecy of the Angel offering her lily flowers, a symbol of innocence. The central part depicts a dove, a symbol of the Holy Spirit descending upon Mary.
